Fighting through Understanding
FUGI is an international collaborative research project funded by the Wellcome Trust.
The project aims to develop game-changing research tools which will be made freely available to the research community studying the parasitic flatworms responsible for the devastating neglected tropical diseases, echinococcosis (hydatid disease) and schistosomiasis (bilharzia).
